Excellent service, excellent product

The X3 chain-cleaning kit gets the job done. The staff at Outfitters always know their stuff, and even a fat middle-aged e-biker like me is always made to feel welcome, unlike other places where I immediately feel like I'm not cool enough/ thin enough / something enough to even darken their door. I bring my e-bike to Outfitters every time for service, too: always quick and professional. Highly recommend.
