Refund policy

***CHRISTMAS POLICY***

Exchange or in-store credit ONLY until Monday, January 12th, 2025 with product unused, in original packaging and tags still attached (following all other criteria within our regular Return Policy)

Please let us know if you would like a Gift Receipt after receiving your online orders.

Regular Return Policy

For a refund, store credit, or exchange please return your item in unused and original condition (including all labels and tags intact) within 14 days from the date delivered for items shipped, and, 14 days of the original receipt for instore purchases. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.  Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

It is a responsibility of the recipient to return the items at their own expense. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
