Using REACTIVE LIGHTING technology, a sensor analyzes the ambient light and automatically adjusts brightness to your needs. With a split construction, the CLASSIC headband is comfortable and provides an optimal fit for dynamic and committing activities, like mountaineering or skiing. Switch to red lighting when you need it, with a strobe or continuous beam. It’s also rechargeable, so it’s ready to light the way on any excursion under the stars.

- Choose from two lighting modes: REACTIVE LIGHTING or STANDARD LIGHTING
- Longer burn time, greater visual comfort, and less manual operation with REACTIVE LIGHTING mode, which uses an ambient light sensor to automatically adjust brightness and beam pattern, optimizing battery usage
- Designed to power through long activities with a minimum 7-hour burn time at medium brightness in REACTIVE LIGHTING mode
- 6-second BOOST mode activates with a quick double tap on the side of the lamp to help you navigate the terrain on your route; BOOST mode can be manually deactivated (more information in the FAQ)
- Comfortable for dynamic outdoor activities:
- Mixed beam provides comfortable, high-performance lighting for outdoor activities: proximity or distance vision
- The wide CLASSIC headband features a split construction (Petzl patent) that provides a comfortable fit and optimal support when you’re running or skiing; the headband can also be detached, washed, and replaced
- Headband is reflective in the back to help you remain visible, even in low light
- Continuous or strobe red lighting option depending on your needs
- Battery performs well at low temperatures, maintaining 90% of burn time in temperatures as cold as -5° C
- Simple to use:
- Single button controls the ON/OFF, lighting modes, brightness, and locking functions
- The SHELL LT ultra-light storage pouch can be used to turn it into a lantern
- LOCK function prevents the lamp from turning on during transit or storage
- R2250 battery is rechargeable via USB-C (charging cable not included) and has a battery charge indicator
- Five-level gauge for precise monitoring of the battery charge level
