1. Sleeve: With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from center back neck, across shoulder to elbow and down to wrist.
2. Chest: With arms relaxed at your sides, measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest
3. Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
4. Hip: Standing with feet hip width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.

The GORE-TEX PRO with Most Rugged Technology - a next-gen material we developed in collaboration with Gore - delivers maximum durability. The helmet compatible DropHoodTM has an internal collar for added protection and an embedded RECCO® reflector improves searchability in emergency situations.
Size and Fit Tips: The revised Beta AR Jacket has more room in the chest and waist to accommodate a range of midlayer types – including the Cerium and Atom insulated jackets and hoodies.
