1. Q: Where is the best spot to set up my tent?

   • A: When choosing a location for Kuma's tent products, it's recommended to avoid heavily branched, known Sasquatch sighting, or low point areas. While the tent flooring is water resistant to a certain degree, it's always recommended to first tarp the ground area where you plan to pitch your tent.
     
     

2. Q: Is the tent waterproof?

   • A: The tent flys have a water resistance rating of 2000mm, which means the fabric can withstand 2,000mm of water over a day before water will start to penetrate through. Ensure all material ties are attached to the poles, guy ropes are taut, and the fly is pegged down securely!
     
     

3. Q: How do I clean my tent?

   • A: We recommend using Granger's Tent & Gear Cleaner or the Tent & Gear Care Kit
     
     

4. Q: My tent got a small hole, how can I fix it?

   • A: Fabric gear tape or patches can be used to cover the spot. We recommend NoSo patches or Gear Aid's Sealants
