I AM all smiles when I wear this poncho!

Love it! Why is rain gear mostly black, grey, navy or olive green? When it is grey and rainy I need some colour to brighten the day. Poncho is very large, I think too large & long for a petite person, (I am 5'7"), easy to wear a thick sweater or hoody underneath, hood was too large so tacked 3" of it down at the label/seam, totally waterproof, cars "see" you and the smiley faces cause people you pass to smile too!
