Tilley Hats - Size Guide
THE RIGHT FIT
At Tilley, our hats are designed to sit comfortably low on the head. The proper fit should be slightly loose, as gravity will keep your Tilley in place.
Step 1: Wrap a string around the widest part of your head, located 1 to 2 cm above the top of your ears and brow line.
Step 2: Determine the measurement with a ruler, then add 2 cm to the total, for comfort.
Step 3: Convert that final measurement into your hat size in the chart below.

flat brim, circular crown, snap-up style and enzyme washed it to produce
a well-loved, well-travelled look. Still handmade from a durable,
naturally breathable cotton duck fabric offering the highest sun
protection rating it makes the ideal hat to protect you on all the
adventures you have planned for it.

Fabric: 100% cotton duck with enzyme wash finish. For Midnight color, hat fabric is black with blue inner lining fabric and blue thread on overall hat.
Care: Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold, use mild detergent. Reshape and air dry. Do not bleach. Remove wind cord and foam from crown pocket before wash. Do not use softeners. Do not iron.
