The Ormen MV is a touring kayak with superb maneuverability and good tracking. The hull type provides greater initial stability and a fair amount of speed. Ormen MV is well suited for any paddling day trip.
Ormen series kayaks are equipped with SmartTrack rudder and retractable skeg. The Ormen kayaks are available in single-layer HDPE. Zegul 1-layer HDPE lay-up is made using only a single layer of high density polyethylene. We have upgraded our PE material so that the single layer is very stiff and durable, yet it is lighter than the other 2- or 3-layer constructions.
