Description
For this revolutionary new boot, Blundstone worked with the University of Tasmania’s School of Health Science’s Biomechanics experts. The result is radically new from the ground up.
All components in the construction of the RotoFlex range have been researched, tested and trialed to ensure better performing safety footwear.

Fortalite® Composite Toe Cap
CSA Grade 1 composite toe cap is lightweight, metal-free and airport friendly.
- Resists compression to 200-joule impact.
- Broad fitting and keeps toe shape without restricting toe movement.
- Less transmission of heat and cold.
GRIPTEK® ULTRA COLD Sole
Biomechanically engineered rubber (PUR) sole designed for optimum grip across an extra wide high-stability sole.

- Super cushioned midsole, with zoned support for all-day stability and comfort.
Aircell Footbed
All new technology for all day comfort. Removable anti-bacterial footbed with specialized zoning activates ventilation, moisture control and cushioning comfort.
Metal-free Puncture Protection
GripTek® sole is metal-free and resists even small diameter nails and other objects. Protection to 100% of the surface of the sole.
SoftCell Fit System
The SoftCell fit system utilizes a biomechanical design to increase stability, balance, comfort and manoeuverability.

*Leathers referred to as waterproof are routinely tested for resistance to water penetration up to 12,000 / 15,000 flexes using one of the following SATRA test methods: TM171 using SATRA STM703 Bally penetrometer (or equivalent) or TM34 using SATRA STM606D Maeser type WR tester (or equivalent).
Care Details
- First, remove any caked dirt on your boots with a soft bristled brush or damp cloth, and leave your boots to air dry. Please ensure that your boots are away from direct sunlight or any heaters, as they will dry out the leather.
- Apply leather polish, spray or cream to the leather to help maintain your boots. If you are using a polish for the first time, try it on an inconspicuous area of the boot to check whether it alters the colour or appearance.
- If using a polish, apply a small amount of leather cleaner to a polishing cloth or brush and rub onto the shoe in circular motions.
