The bungee cord is encased in GripTex fabric for better rim grip, and the seams are fully taped to make a great watertight seal on various cockpits. The double webbing waist adjustment with ladder locks allows for a comfortable one-size-fits-most tunnel without having it dig in to your body when tightened down.
